This notice explains how Peak Detailing (“we” / “the Studio”) processes the personal data of people who visit peakdetailingtr.com and contact us, in line with Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

2. Personal Data We Process

Contact and enquiry data: When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail, the name, contact details and information about your vehicle/request that you share with us.
Technical data: Data generated when you visit the site, such as IP address, browser/device information, visit date-time and server logs.
Booking form data: If you submit the form on the Booking page, we process your name, phone and/or e-mail, your vehicle details and message if provided, and your service/day preference. These records are used only to respond to your request, are automatically deleted after 90 days, and no IP address is stored through the form.
Payment and invoicing data: If you pay online, we process the transaction amount, transaction reference number and your invoicing details. Card number, expiry date and security code are neither processed nor stored by us; that data is held only in the payment institution’s systems.
Cookie data: Only cookies/local storage necessary for the site to function and to remember your preference. See our Cookie Policy.

Our site has no shopping cart or online ordering system; payment is made through a personalised link sent to you by WhatsApp or e-mail and processed on the infrastructure of iyzico, an authorised payment institution; payment instrument details such as your card number, expiry date and security code are not transmitted to our site and are never stored by us. Otherwise, personal data is processed only through the booking request form and through contact that you initiate.

3. Purposes of Processing

To respond to your enquiries and appointment requests and carry out the service;
To manage customer relations and service quality;
To ensure the security and technical operation of the site;
To process payments and meet invoicing, accounting and tax obligations;
To fulfil our legal obligations.

4. Legal Bases

Your personal data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK, relying on grounds such as the establishment/performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, our legitimate interests (without harming your fundamental rights and freedoms) and, where required, your explicit consent.

5. Third-Party Services and International Transfers

Some third-party services are used to deliver the site, and your technical data (e.g. IP address) may be shared with these providers:

Hosting / CDN: Infrastructure provider for publishing and securing the site (Cloudflare).
Google Maps: When the map on the contact page loads, technical data such as your IP is transmitted to Google (servers abroad). The fonts used on the site are served from our own server; no data is transmitted to third parties when fonts load.
iyzico (payment institution): If you pay online, the transaction takes place on iyzico’s infrastructure. Your card details are sent directly to iyzico and are not transferred to us. iyzico is subject to retention obligations under Laws No. 6493 and 5411 and processes data within Türkiye.
WhatsApp / Meta: If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, the relevant provider’s (Meta) privacy terms also apply.

These providers may operate servers outside Türkiye; any transfer takes place within the framework of the relevant KVKK provisions.

6. Retention

Your personal data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and as prescribed by the relevant legislation; at the end of these periods it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to learn whether it is used for its purpose, to request its correction or deletion/destruction, to object to processing and to request that any resulting harm be remedied.
