This notice explains how Peak Detailing (“we” / “the Studio”) processes the personal data of people who visit peakdetailingtr.com and contact us, in line with Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

2. Personal Data We Process

Contact and enquiry data: When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail, the name, contact details and information about your vehicle/request that you share with us.
Technical data: Data generated when you visit the site, such as IP address, browser/device information, visit date-time and server logs.
Booking form data: If you submit the form on the Booking page, we process your name, phone and/or e-mail, your vehicle details and message if provided, and your service/day preference. These records are used only to respond to your request, are automatically deleted after 90 days, and no IP address is stored through the form.
Payment and invoicing data: If you pay through the personalised payment link we send you, the payment record holds your name, phone number, e-mail address (or the address you enter on the payment page if we do not have one), the service description, the amount (including the total paid for instalment payments), payment status and time, the iyzico transaction number, the number of instalments and the time you accepted the Pre-Contractual Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement. Your address and Turkish ID number are not requested for this payment. Card number, expiry date and security code are never seen, processed or stored by us; that data is processed only by iyzico. Your IP address is not stored in the payment record, but it is passed to iyzico when the payment is started, for fraud prevention. If you pay at our studio, your payment details are processed for collection and accounting purposes. With either method, your invoicing details are processed to issue the invoice.

Our site has no shopping cart or online ordering system; the service fee is paid, at your choice, either at our studio or on the payment page (peakdetailingtr.com/en/odeme/) opened by the personalised link sent to you by WhatsApp or e-mail. When you pay via the link, payment is completed on iyzico’s secure payment page; payment instrument details such as your card number, expiry date and security code are not transmitted to our site and are never stored by us. With either method, your payment and invoicing data is processed as described above. Otherwise, personal data is processed only through the booking request form, the payment page, the service and payment process at our studio, and contact that you initiate.

3. Purposes of Processing

To respond to your enquiries and appointment requests and carry out the service;
To manage customer relations and service quality;
To ensure the security and technical operation of the site;
To process payments, keep payments secure and prevent fraud, and meet invoicing, accounting and tax obligations;
To evidence your acceptance of the pre-contractual information and the agreement, and to protect our rights in any dispute;
To fulfil our legal obligations.

4. Legal Bases

Your personal data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK, relying on grounds such as the establishment/performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, our legitimate interests (without harming your fundamental rights and freedoms) and, where required, your explicit consent.

5. Third-Party Services and International Transfers

Some third-party services are used to deliver the site, and your technical data (e.g. IP address) may be shared with these providers:

Hosting / CDN: Infrastructure provider for publishing and securing the site (Cloudflare).
Google Maps: When the map on the contact page loads, technical data such as your IP is transmitted to Google (servers abroad). The fonts used on the site are served from our own server; no data is transmitted to third parties when fonts load.
iyzico (electronic money institution): Online payments made through the link take place on the infrastructure of İyzi Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş. (iyzico), authorised and supervised by the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye. When you start a payment, your name, phone number, e-mail address, the amount, the service description and your IP address are transferred to iyzico to carry out the transaction and prevent fraud. You enter your card details directly on iyzico’s payment page; they are not transferred to us. iyzico processes this data under its obligations arising from Law No. 6493 and related legislation, in accordance with its own privacy and data-protection notices.
WhatsApp / Meta: If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, the relevant provider’s (Meta) privacy terms also apply.

Providers such as Cloudflare, Google and Meta may operate servers outside Türkiye; any transfer takes place within the framework of the relevant KVKK provisions.

6. Retention

Your personal data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and as prescribed by the relevant legislation; at the end of these periods it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Booking form records are deleted automatically after 90 days. Payment records are not part of this automatic deletion: as collection, accounting and evidential records, they are kept for the statutory retention periods set by tax, commercial and consumer legislation, after which they are deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to learn whether it is used for its purpose, to request its correction or deletion/destruction, to object to processing and to request that any resulting harm be remedied.

You can send your requests to anil@peakdetailingtr.com; your application will be answered as soon as possible and within the statutory period at the latest.
