This form is provided to inform you before a contract is concluded, pursuant to Article 5 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.

2. Essential Characteristics of the Service
Vehicle care and protection (detailing) services for motor vehicles: PPF, ceramic coating, window film, paint correction and protection, and interior detailing.
The scope of the service to be applied and the product/brand and grade to be used are notified to you in writing before work begins.
3. Total Price
The total price including all taxes notified to you when the payment link is sent applies. No additional charge for delivery, shipping or otherwise is collected beyond this amount.
Prices on the website are starting prices; vehicle model, dimensions and requested scope affect the price. The final price is determined after a free inspection and submitted for your approval before work begins. No work starts and no amount is requested unless you approve.
4. Method and Timing of Payment
Our site has no shopping cart or online ordering system, and we take no advance payment, deposit or down payment. The service fee is collected after the work is completed, by credit or debit card through a personalised payment link sent to you by WhatsApp or e-mail.
The transaction is processed through the iyzico payment infrastructure with 3D Secure verification. Your card details are not transmitted to us and are not stored.
Security warning: we never ask you for a card number, CVC or SMS verification code over the phone. If you receive such a request, verify with us on +90 540 034 7325.
5. Delivery: Place and Time of Performance
Place: our studio at Huzur Mahallesi, Barbaros Caddesi No:12/B, 34396 Sarıyer/İstanbul, Türkiye. There is no courier delivery; the service is applied on site once your vehicle is brought to the studio.
Time: the appointment date we agree together. The application time varies by service type and is notified before work begins; in any event performance takes place within 30 days at the latest from the date of agreement.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In distance contracts you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
Send your withdrawal notice by e-mail to anil@peakdetailingtr.com or by WhatsApp message to +90 540 034 7325. You may use the model withdrawal form on the Delivery & Refunds page; it is not mandatory.
Once your withdrawal notice reaches us, the refund is made to the card used for payment within 14 days, at no cost to you.
7. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised
Pursuant to Article 15/1-(h) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services whose performance has begun with your consent and has been fully completed.
Because we take no advance payment and collect the fee after the work is completed, at the moment of payment the service has already been completed at your request and with your consent. The right of withdrawal is therefore not available at the time of payment.
This does not remove your rights in the case of defective performance: if the service has not been performed properly, then even after paying you may require re-performance of the service, a price reduction, free repair, or rescission of the contract.
8. Appointment Cancellation
Cancellation is free of charge. Since we take no advance payment, cancelling creates no amount payable by you and no amount to be refunded; no penalty applies.
To help us plan, we kindly ask that you notify cancellations or date changes to +90 540 034 7325 at least 48 hours before the appointment. This is a courtesy request, not a binding obligation.
9. Complaints and Remedies

In case of a dispute, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee at your place of residence or at the place of the transaction, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade; above those limits, to the Consumer Court.
10. Contract Text
Before using the payment link, please also read the Distance Sales Agreement. The contract is concluded when you complete payment, and is sent to you together with the payment record.
